Jay Baldwin, CEO of Jay Baldwin Designs, senior adjunct professor of industrial design at CCA and former senior editor of Whole Earth Catalogs, has designed a very interesting pop up truck camper called the Quickup Camper. It looks like a regular truck camper but it expands into an RV. As you can imagine, it uses a lot less gasoline to haul it than say a conventional travel trailer or 5th wheel.
