I'll be the first one to admit that I'm not a hardcore when it comes to outdoor activities, but I do love to camp, hike, bird watch and snap pictures of rocks, mountains, trees and such. A love of gadgetry makes me a sucker for all those things that are suppose to make my outdoor adventures more fun, comfortable, safe, etc.
As a vegetarian, I don't hunt or fish, which also means I get the creeps when I step into a Cabelas. And although I live in Minnesota , the land of 10,000 + lakes, I'm not a fan of boats. (Ironic, huh?) Anyway, these facts are why I'm always looking for new ways to take advantage of our natural resources. Lately, I've been thinking about buying a telescope and turning an eye heavenward.

Hi Campergirl, I like your posts and notice you are a vegetarian. It would be great if you would post some of your blogs at the healthy lifestyle website www.ecobites.com .

Married to a former Boy Scout (actually, Eagle Scout), I kinda hafta be into it. It also helps that I'm tomboy--who just happens to love glitter ;)
My goodness! I'm so thrilled to see a real photo of you. I've just been imagining having conversations with Rosie.
Are you into this stuff too? Isn't it strange? Dispositions to interests, etc?
