Despite the popularity and timelessness of skiing and snowboarding, it seems that every season brings a new ride down the mountain. Either way, the BikeBoard is a winter/summer hybrid that immediately captures your eye. For the snow lover--a ski scooter that features a simple binding and steerable front board. When the snow melts, switch out the boards for agressive off-road tires and try a little mootering. Chances are this one will take more than a Lincoln to get your local liftie to allow you on the gondola. The bulk, clunkiness and price are also likely to send it the way of the inline ski well before next El Nino. Makes for a cool photo though.
